The first contact with Tiefenbacher Law is always free of charge and without obligation. This applies regardless of whether you approach me by telephone, by e-mail or by contact form.

Once you contact me, I will get back to you reliably within 24 hours on weekdays. Thereby, I will clarify with you whether, when and under which conditions I can help you. However, I can only give you legal advice once you have commissioned me.

The initial consultation - the start of the client relationship

During the initial consultation, we will discuss your situation in detail and clarify your legal options. In most cases, I can quote you a fixed price for this initial consultation in advance. This depends, among other things, on the scope of the facts described, the documents you submit and the complexity of the legal issues to be discussed. This initial consultation can take place in person, by telephone, by e-mail, or by video conference.

If you decide to continue using my services after the initial consultation, we will clarify the details of my compensation in advance. There are different fee models available (see below).

COMPANY FORMATION MADE EASY

I will be happy to advise you on all aspects of setting up your business. From the choice of legal form to the preparation of all necessary documents and the registration with the companies’ register. You decide on which services I may support you.

Services:

  • Advice on the choice of legal form
  • Preparation of the articles of association and other founding documents
  • Participation and syndicate agreement (on request)
  • Managing director agreement (on request)
  • Filing with the companies’ register
  • Coordination and execution of registration with the competent trade authority/chamber (on request)

Depending on the number and complexity of the desired documents, I offer a flat fee starting at EUR 1990.00 plus VAT (excluding notary fees, charges, and incidental expenses).

The different fee models

The following fee models are available for legal advice

Time fee

If you agree on a time-based fee with me, my remuneration is based solely on the amount of time I spend working for you. The billing is usually monthly and includes a detailed list of all activities for you.

Flat fee:

Flat fees offer you the security of a cap on my legal fees. However, the agreement of a fixed price presupposes that the workload for me can be determined in advance.

Billing according to tariff

Should I become active for you in court, there is also the possibility of billing the services on the basis of the attorney tariff law or the general fee criteria.
