When entrepreneurs contact me, the issue is rarely theoretical. It is usually a concrete turning point: an acquisition, the structuring of a holding, the reorganisation of shareholder relationships, or a developing shareholder conflict.
In situations like these, you do not need lengthy legal essays. You need a clear assessment, a workable structure and a lawyer who identifies risks, sets priorities and supports you confidently throughout negotiations.
I advise entrepreneurs, shareholders, start-ups and investors in Vienna and throughout Austria, particularly in corporate law, M&A transactions, holding and investment structures, and shareholder disputes.
I trained and practised in international business law firms, working on complex transactions and corporate matters. With Tiefenbacher Law, I translated that experience into a model that works better for medium-sized businesses, start-ups and investors: more direct, more agile and personally accountable.
You will not receive unnecessary complexity or abstract legal theory detached from decision-making. You will receive advice that understands business objectives, prioritises legal risks and produces solutions that hold up in practice.
My work is focused on one core objective:
clear legal solutions for business-critical decisions.
From an early stage, I was equally interested in business and law. This interest runs consistently through my education — from my technical background in industrial engineering at HTL Hollabrunn to my law studies in Business Law at WU Vienna and an exchange semester at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
After several years working in international law firms, I founded Tiefenbacher Law with the aim of providing legal advice in the way it is required in a commercial environment: clear, efficient and focused on practical implementation.
Over the course of my professional career, I have negotiated a wide range of contracts and advised clients in economically sensitive situations — from ongoing legal support for startups and SMEs to multimillion-euro transactions in the corporate and real estate sectors.
In such situations, effective legal advice requires more than technical accuracy. It requires the ability to provide orientation, properly assess risks and support sound decision-making.
Outside the office, I find balance on the road bike, in the mountains or at the gym.
